Thank you for shopping with CLIPEUS — Made in Korea protective innerwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date.

Non-returnable Items
• Used or damaged items caused by customer handling
• Items returned without original packaging or tags
• Final-sale or promotional items, if applicable

Return Process
1. Contact clipeusgear@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, name, and reason for return.
3. We will provide the return address and instructions.
4. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time
• Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received.
• Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
