Thank you for shopping with CLIPEUS — Made in Korea protective innerwear.  
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.  
• All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included.  
• Returns must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.

Non-returnable items
• Used or damaged items caused by customer handling  
• Items returned without original packaging or tags  
• Final-sale or promotional items (if applicable)

Return Process
1. Contact us at clipeusgear@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.  
2. Provide your order number, name, and reason for return.  
3. We will respond with the return address and detailed instructions.  
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.  
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time
• Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive the returned item.  
• Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
